What’s included with your bar packages?

It depends on the package, but every booking includes:

  • Full bar setup

  • Premium tools

  • Cleanup

  • Personalized shopping list

  • Higher-tier packages include ice, coolers, garnishes, disposable cups, and more.

Can I customize the cocktail menu?

Absolutely. If you book the “With a Twist” or “Spirit Guide” package, I’ll work with you to create a menu that fits your event, your vibe, and your favorite spirits.

Can I book bar service without cocktails?

Yes! I also serve beer, wine, non-alcoholic options, and basic mixed drinks if you want to keep things simple.

Do you only serve the cocktails on the menu?

Not at all! The cocktails on your custom menu are the star of the show, but I also serve basic mixed drinks (like rum & coke, vodka sodas, etc.), beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Your guests will have plenty of options—even if they’re not ordering from the featured menu.

Do you provide the alcohol?

Nope—but I’ll make it easy for you. Once your menu is confirmed, I’ll send you a customized shopping list with exactly what to buy and how much. You handle the liquor store—I’ll handle the rest.

Are you insured?

Yes! Crafted Sips carries both general and liquor liability insurance, which means you’re covered whether you’re partying at home, a rental, or a venue.

How long is the bar service? Can I extend it?

Each package includes four hours of service, including one hour of setup and three hours of bar service. Extra hours can be added in advance at $100–$175/hour, depending on the package.

How many guests can you serve?

Packages are designed for groups of up to 30–40 guests. For larger parties, a second bartender may be required—reach out for a custom quote.

Do you bring the bar setup?

I have all the tools and essentials covered, but if you need a full bar setup, I have a portable bar available for an extra fee. This is optional—I can also set the bar up on a kitchen counter, island, table, or whatever works best at your spot!

FAQs – Crafted Sips Masterclass

What is the Crafted Sips Masterclass?

It’s a private, hands-on cocktail class in which your group will learn to build three cocktails from start to finish, guided by me step-by-step. It’s fun, interactive, and made for celebration.

Do you provide the alcohol for the class?

No. You’ll receive a custom shopping list for the exact spirits and quantities needed. That way, you control the brands, budget, and preferences.

How many guests can attend?

  • 6–10 guests: $500

  • 11–15 guests: $750

  • 16–20 guests: $1,000

    For larger groups, pricing is available.

Is the class beginner-friendly?

No experience is needed! I break everything down step-by-step, so whether you’ve never touched a shaker or already have a home bar, you’ll leave with new skills and a great drink in hand.

Can we choose the cocktails we’ll make?

Yes! Once your group is booked, I’ll send you a short list of signature recipes and guide you toward the best fit for your event vibe and preferred spirits.

What’s included in the Masterclass?

How long is the class?

Most classes run 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the group size. I arrive one to two hours early to set up everything so we’re ready to roll on time.

Can we book the Masterclass at an Airbnb or rental?

Yes! Double-check with the host or rental property that outside vendors are allowed. I’ll work with the space you have.

Can non-drinkers participate?

Of course! I’m happy to prepare non-alcoholic versions of the cocktails so everyone feels included.

What should we wear?

Dress comfortably—and have fun with it! Coordinated outfits, bachelorette tees, or fun accessories are always welcome. You’ll be shaking, stirring, and maybe even spilling, so nothing too fancy!
